I'm with you on this....that last bump high @ $11.50 will complete a MASSIVE BASE of accumulation.

Back in the very early 80's there were multiple takeovers in the Oil industry and since I followed commodities I was attracted to about 3 to 5 of them at that time and got involved with Pennzoil, Cities Service,Gulf Oil, Unocal, missed some of the others, but it was one of my greatest years in the markets.

I mention this because I think the smaller Biotech Stocks will see the same thing happen, but I'm not well versed in this arena as much as I was dealing in oil stocks and commodities...
