The NEJM, 2 articles from July 10 issue, pages 125 and 187. One or both may have been posted online and here, earlier this year. I don't recall seeing either of them. Full texts said to be available from NEJM.org

"supported by the German Center for Cardiovascular Research(DZHK)". About 130 listed collaborators from ROW.
2) Editorial, "Estimates of Cardiovascular Risks and Benefits--When Knowing Is Not Enough", pages187-189.
