She's already way over the 1.7 billion shares with all the "potentially dilutive shares" mentioned in the 10K. Including insider shares and warrants, convertible preferred, and misc. warrants and options. (I think I recall the # being about 485 Million potentially dilutive securities)
A reverse split or increase in authorized shares is definitely coming, very soon. IMO
