I agree with you. 2 things enabled the prior rally:

1. Credible sounding prospects for near term massive commercialization
2. A naive but powerful retail base

The second is still here. The first can happen again but it will need to have some legs in order to hold because the market/shorts are wiser to the story here this time than the last time.

I can easily see a spike to 5 on the right news. Good luck.

They do not even have to mention a name . . just tell us it is a Tier 1 or 2
