Thanks Wolf, its good to have someone with you experience who can answer the questions and verify the answers... We may be really turning the corner here. To bad there are so few here these past few days with the good news beginning to show up. Oh will "If you buy back the shares they will come"
So the company may have felt the shares were and are to cheap and may have repurchased 335 million shares (from the market or insiders) and retired them (formally canceled)
If this is true maybe we could expect more buy backs if the company truly feels the stock is too cheap.
1st lets be clear to have the (3) O/S, Unrestricted & Held @ DTC to be decreased by 335m (while not affecting the restricted ONLY 1 thing could have happened, those shares were retired / formally cancelled. Let me also even possibly be more precise after having time to re-read my original reply. There is also one more plausible yet not highly probable reason for the <335m of O/S, Unrestricted & Held @ DTC. Remember I posted this this morning
With Oscar's extensive knowledge of CDA's & holders of said
It would be plausible considering Oscar Brito’s knowledge of & participation in that after being recently named $AFFU President he initiated damage control on prior toxic financing. Should AFFU’s new President have also lined up a new control group (financiers) to have initiated a negotiated settlement with prior CDA holders (like Hicks) thus canceling remaining unconverted shares & returning said to Treasury. The aforementioned returning of shares to the treasury would normally entail being exchanged for Preferred shares, Warrants or a Future equity swap. With the CDA’s already having been renegotiated into 2027 I see the above not being likely. (a re renegotiated deal) More likely w/ Oscar’s experience/ expertise in CDA he may have found after reviewing said agreements found some legal authority aka fraud, breach of contract, or expired/void CDA provisions encouraging Hicks to voluntarily retire his remaining on converted shares to the treasury. Or Company buy back & cancellation of as described earlier today. [color=blue]Company $verification on a $National $Wire $Service (would show up on brokerage feeds as well) of either scenario puts AFFU in an OTC league of its own.
