As most of us have said...an individual buys for one reason only and sells for many possible ones unrelated to the company...even a director.

Sometimes, when you receive stock you need to pay taxes. Maybe he is using the sale to pay his taxes. He sold only 500K shares

Agree! Also cc before this one 50 cents implied to be a great price, and this cc something like "to paraphrase"oh wow we tripled to 42 cents! But talk to financial advisor etc., old snup processed that blurb in cc to mean we r pleased at this price range"
They don't seem hungry to increase our PPS

So, another earnings report comes out in a short while.. I know trading on inside knowledge is illegal.. but he would have some insight into the coming report.. why sell now? If the ER is less than expected the stock will tank
