It is disappointing as this is the 2nd round within a short timeframe from Plassche. I used to work for a large company where the CEO would sell shares after every single conference call. They had a massive amount of shares, grants and options where they made out like a bandit after the company was acquired by PE. However, when the time table for M&A is right around the corner, a shareholder can't help but scratch their head and wonder if we're missing something.
