You can pretty much assume certain entities will undertake for their own interests. I find the line below concerning shareholder communication somewhat ironic and it must be in QWM's best interest to keep communication a priority concerning the DKME drama. If only Coretec shareholders received the same consideration.....

The question i have at this point in all of Coretecs dealing with Kib Plug Energy , now DKME Co Ltd , is does Coretec have any grounds for seekingdamages since it looks as if their rights may have been violated and undermined as well as Quantums when i read all the info out. This cost Coretec and its shareholder , US , a lot of time and money in an endeavor that looks as if Coretec may have been blocked from a rightful position they had to proceed forward with the management of Kib Plug Energy. How about us as shareholders of Coretec as this effected us as well as shareholders of Coretec stock even though we didnt have shares in Kib Plug this effected us as well as we all know . Hopefully Coretec , if they were undermined in any way that effected our company and damaged our company hopefully they have some course of action they can take to seek some relief from any damages done to Coretec as they were the top management of Kib Plug as a largest shareholder . Time will tell

Looking for a possible filing of the financials for 3rd and 4th quarter 2024 and 1st quarter 2025 by Aug 15 time frame when the 2nd quarter deadline to file quarterly would be due . As of yet we havnt seen any filings for the 300 K they said they needed to borrow for the cost of doing all work for all the filings.

Theres an update at DKME INC website ...they has taken down all the previous info they had up and they said they are in the process of updating their website to reflect what they are going to do going forward .They said rather than focusing on the past they they are shifting their attention on the future . Perhaps what they say may help us gleem some light , anything , on whats happening with Coretec overseas in Korea as weve not had any updates from our management expaining exactly what our place is in all of these transactions and how that effects the company going forward . Yes we can see a lot from the recent filings on all this but theres got to be more to learn . Im sure that update is planned at some point when they are ready and i look forward to any words from our management at Coretec to give us an update on Coretecs future plans with these new developments having just taken place recently.
