If that was true they'd be leaking info on huge deals and jv and stuff to pump this to high heaven which hasn't happen... other wise we'd of seen .01+ already the 5 billion are restricted and even if Ethan manages to remove the restriction they'd sell about 100 million before this would be at .0001 and then you also have the limit on how much an insider can sell at once would be years to sell them and with out anything substantial this would be .0000000001
