If we see approval, I think we will see far more than $.50, if we did see some sort of positive statement from the company, perhaps $.50 or more, the question is, if we see nothing where we go.
Many things seem to be lining up that say an approval is coming, but how soon may be a complete unknown. If we're waiting for official govt. agencies issuing new finalized documents, such things can be held up for months, or longer.
I know I like to speculate on things advancing, like the EDEN, but it's just speculation. It's very possible that the company is doing everything it possibly can, but govt. agencies and their regulations simply can't be moved. It's also clear that the company is operating on a shoestring and that can only really change with an approval.
Of course, there are other possibilities, nothing I believe the company would want to see, but a partnership or even a buyout at these tiny prices isn't something that could be completely ignored if a hostile effort was made to do it. A hostile move would almost certainly lead to higher priced stock, and perhaps a bidding war, but regardless how high the price bid up, it would be too low.
I believe that LP has already spoken informally with one or more interested BP's, they know what she wants, and she knows what she must do to get it.
