I agree. Assuming the author knows how to type and/or is proficient in communications, you’d think the period (or full stop if you’re from the UK) wouldn’t have been omitted after the third sentence. Also, MHRA capitalizes “engagement team” in Communications and Engagement Team in their literature. Sloppy.
