Hm. Well what’s “the application is with the company” supposed to mean?

Sounds to me if the application is NOT backlogged and is with the company sounds like the MHRA returned the application and asked NWBO to wait until after the new regulations are effective AND when the RWD "request for" info deadline is reached...This way the MHRA can keep their statistics current while driving NWBO's approval.

That is what is cooperation all about!!

Should be an exciting week...SHall we see see .50 by weeks end?

Which credible regulatory authority uses vague, unclear language like "the application is with the company" when the official status should be under review?

Regulators like MHRA are known for being precise. They don't use casual phrasing that obscures responsibility. If an application is under review, it’s under review—period. Saying it’s “with the company” suggests MHRA isn't currently handling it, which contradicts that status.

This either comes off as a generic way to dodge giving real information, or worse, it might be a fake or selectively edited email meant to mislead. Either way, it doesn't sound like something you'd expect from a serious regulatory body.

And sure, a fireman might not know the difference. We do.
