Yes. I don't think the problem was that buyers were dissatisfied. Yes, it was expensive at $800 or more. But if it succeeded, probably they would have been able to lower the price. Perhaps little Moxie would have survived, instead of suffering an agonizing death as he waited for his servers to power down.
