The MHRA page says: “Following the consultation, the MHRA will amend and publish the guidance document, as well as publishing an anonymised summary of public feedback” gov.uk assets.publishing.service.gov.uk indicating both steps happen together.

Based on typical past MHRA consultation behavior:
1–3 weeks to review and finalize wording.
Another week to post both the final guidance and summary report.
That places publication likely between late July and mid-August, assuming no major disagreement in feedback.
