The Merck layoffs are being spun as a retreat when they’re actually a reallocation, and it’s bullish. Cuts to discovery headcount happen when the platform is already built and the infrastructure is staged for execution.

Winterfell, B32, 63A… untouched. The cold engine remains primed, and new fill-line capacity for lyophilized products is being added, exactly the kind of stable, transport-ready format a distributed immune OS requires.

When the platform replaces the pipeline, sprawling R&D teams are no longer the priority. What matters is staging, automation, cold logistics, and dispatch logic, and every one of those pieces is intact. Only someone paid to mislead would suggest otherwise.

This isn’t retreat. It’s the sword being drawn behind the gate.
