You don't wait 5 years from data lock (let me stress this, 5 f*cking years since data lock) to submit a BLA if you actually think your product is a success.

Can you imagine the flack someone would have gotten in 2020 if, after NWBO announced data lock, they would have said "yeh but they won't submit it to the FDA for at least 5 years".

In hindsight, 2020 was such a red flag.

They blatantly and purposely lied about TLD in the summer of 2020 about when they expected it, knowing full well the database had not been finalized.

If it wasn't a lie, as some here will claim, then it screams incompetence and complete lack of understanding of the process and time required to reach certain goals.

It was almost 2 years after those statements were made and we all remember what a shit show that was.
