Wow this was outstanding analysis! Thanks for this thought provoking work. Here are some of my thoughts:
Your promptings seemed to be geared toward what would the SG's recommendations be. CHAT's conclusion was that the SG had an 80% chance of siding with Hikma. I didn't see a follow-up prompt as to the probability that SCOTUS would grant the Cert. we know from GSK v TEVA that SCOTUS denied Cert despite the SG's recommendation. We also know that around 7,000 Cert. requests are made each year with about 1% being granted. 
Furthermore, SCOTUS prefers to review cases that have been fully adjudicated. Discovery is well underway and I believe that SCOTUS will let this play out.
