Just the logistic alone, even in todays world would be a major problem... let alone the 6 hour time difference... They are ahead of us and if he were conducting business from there for here he would be up at 2 am to hold a 8 am meeting. As for the learning curve on all of the corporate regulations differences between the U.S and Spain it would be very difficult.
I think when the control of the company is completed we will see two things happen. 1. Affluence which is simply a holding company that is registered on the OTC, will move to the NASDAQ and its head quarters will move to Spain. There is really no actual reason for AFFU to have an HQ here since its business assets are both located in Spain. Unless they add a couple of U.S companies between now and April of 2027 I think they move and that will be when Mr Domingo will take over the rains. Until then we will stay with Jim and Oscar and if Jim does officially leave the company we will simply have a President and not a CEO. It is not mandatory that a company has a CEO, its just customary. I learned that piece of information long before AI ever came around, just in case we have people scurrying to look that up as they read this post. LOL LOL
