I posted some AI information about Dell a while back that concerning the number of contracts they do in a year. I, like I said use AI for statistical reasons and this is what it sent back.. I also asked how many NDA on their contracts do they give out and that reply is below the first reply. The contracts that were announced in the PR on Friday do not appear to have been done with Dell or any of Dells current Edge Partners either. I am anxious to see the updated PR come out that discloses who these contracts are with.
Among these recent wins are projects involving key customers and partners, including major European defense integrators, leading global sports organizations, and Asian government security agencies. Formal client approvals are currently being finalized to allow for public disclosure of their names in upcoming announcements.
Dell Contract Information The exact number of contracts Dell Technologies signs in a year is unavailable. However, here is some information about their contracts, particularly within the government sector: Federal Contracts: Dell Federal Systems L.P., Dell's federal arm, has received over $15.8 billion in federal contracts and $485.6K in federal grants, with $14.7 billion from direct contracts and $1.1 billion from subcontracts. Dell Technologies was awarded federal contracts worth hundreds of millions per year. A recent contract awarded $795 million to provide Adobe software licenses to the Department of Defense. In 2024, a potential five-year, $1.3 billion blanket purchase agreement was secured to supply Microsoft products to the Department of Homeland Security. They hold several government IT procurement contracts, including the GSA 2GIT, GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS), and NASA SEWP V. There are also government contracts related to education, such as agreements with the Massachusetts Higher Education Consortium (MHEC) and the NJSBA. General Contract Information: The company ended a recent quarter with remaining performance obligations of $42 billion, up 20% year-over-year. Financial reports indicate revenue by segment, with Client Solutions and Infrastructure Solutions Group being the largest contributors. These details offer insight into the scale and scope of Dell's contractual activities, especially in the government sector, even though the total number of contracts is not available.
Dell NDA information: Dell Technologies operates globally and engages in various business activities, including product sales, service provision, and strategic partnerships. While it is likely that many of these contracts include Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Dell Technologies does not publicly disclose the specific number of contracts with NDAs in a given year. NDAs are a common element in Dell Technologies' business operations: Dell uses Data Protection Agreements with providers, which include clauses defining and protecting confidential information, implying the necessity of confidentiality agreements. Publicly available documents, such as those filed with the SEC, mention Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements as part of their contractual relationships. Dell Technologies emphasizes its commitment to upholding privacy and protecting data through various safeguards, including limiting access to sensitive information and employing encryption. This approach suggests the prevalence of confidentiality clauses in their agreements. In their Privacy Notice, Dell mentions using personal information for the performance of a contract, indicating the existence of contracts governing the use and protection of data. Therefore, while a specific number isn't available, it's reasonable to conclude that Dell Technologies engages in a significant number of contracts containing NDAs annually due to the nature of its business and its commitment to data protection.
