Would you think non-binding talks,...or maybe NDA agreements,...with Dell and NVIDIA, and other partners give MINGO excellent managerial expectations of achieving work with just established resources rather than any in house business gotten from newbie customers, given Dell and Nvidia seem to be 2 top leaders in creating the essential high tech infrastructural networking capacities?  
Given sensitivity of security needs, and corporate espionage reported as abundant, could a lot of CONTRACTS have to be not reported/disclosed, JUST revenue from "NDA CONTRACT # Q47 =$????????" ?
