I am unaware whether the lawsuit you mention was considered frivolous/without merit, nor whether it was focused on POOR STUDY DESIGN, or based on some effort to manipulate data, or somehow affect share price. Perhaps you can enlighten, if you think it merits your time? If it was neither case, why did Rett stop/die in it 's tracks? Regardless, inadequate/poor trial design/execution is a biotech killer, and normally is identified only once the results are presented, and clarified.
