To bear fair, that is kind of a big deal and a fair criticism.

So its a fair question to ask why hasn't there been more funding and dilution seems to be a main source of revenue?

Frustration and anticipation are both very high at this point. If approval by July 4th, I will set off the largest fireworks display this neighborhood has seen. Going past June now makes it more and more frustrating. But it is the fault of the MHRA I believe, not NWBO.
