Just spoke with a friend and fellow shareholder. Supposedly there will be a board meeting next week and a change in mgmt. at L.I. facility discussed/announced. L.I. facility has been underperforming "badly" per his info. L.I. lagging was mentioned in the C.C. I heard part of the C.C. Financially company is good shape and there was a quick comment about being open to a buyout. I think a merger is more likely for no other reason than the $270 million backlog. I am not doing any buying until I see if the info related to me comes to fruition next week. HAWK
