Thanks BOI, that makes sense. It's a shame that most everything costs more here in the US. Great products are being developed here, but much of the clinical work goes elsewhere and all too often the initial filing for approval goes elsewhere as well.

There was a time when nearly all products attempted approval here in the US first. The US FDA was the gold standard, it may still be considered that way, but many products go for approval elsewhere first. I'd say our gold is tarnished. Costs here are too high, approvals are often harder to achieve and all too often take longer as additional trials are often demanded, while others will approve, but require a confirmational trial.
