Sounds like there may have been either a settlement of some kind or the Plaintiffs had reason to abandon the suit for another reason. It may have been a bad suit and the judge told them to reconsider. I don't know.
I am mildly concerned with whatever is taking this long to get the books back in order.
If they are trying to uplist while engaged in one or more mergers AND doing so with new accountants, then I can understand the delay but as a shareholder it is frustrating. An occasional public update wouldn't kill them . Communication, done well, is wiser than letting investors suffer in relative silence. In EM status hardly anyone in the US can invest , but given what Ramcap brought to the table, perhaps that is no longer any concern.
Sure does not look enticing from the outside, though.
