I was wondering why there hasn't been any updates in the "Summary/Events" section of the Shares Cancelation Lawsuit in Texas since July 2024...

Turns out the suit has been "Cancelled" without prejudice (can be re-filed later) in February 2025! 😲

From what I can remember, they never said anything about that!
