What, pray tell, does that have to do with the Kushners, or with Albania? I believe the island belonged to the Albanian state. Nothing to do with Kosovo. Which is not part of Albania, as noted.

Oddly, the island has a subtropical, not Mediterranean, climate. And lots of ordnance everywhere.
