No. The real question is why does anybody think this relates to NWBIO MAA at all?

What this does is make it easier to set up distributed mfg by allowing the parent site to certify the remote sites follow its process.

Even if all goes well, NWBO is years away from any such. The idea this is somehow related to the MAA timeline is a non-starter.
