You repeat the same faulty conclusions based on poor logic. You make assumptions and then use those assumptions to "prove" your point.
All that is known is that at present there has not been any deal made. As to why that is, you or I don't know. We both can make guesses, but that is all they are...guesses.
Now you accuse me of lies. You might quote anything I said that is a lie. You can't.
I never said that NWBO has completed V&V. What I said is they have an engineer unit available that COULD be used for testing. Again, neither you nor know what NWBO is doing with those engineering units.
If NWBO is not using them for testing and validation they are missing the boat.
