DarkB4Dawn, you are also right, the $2 will be paid prior to the closing of the deal and even if it may reduce the COOP PPS by that amount, it doesn't matter, of course the exchange ratio of 11 RKT shares for one COOP share is fix, and so I shouldn't have subtracted the $2 from the equivalent COOP PPS.
