I believe this is a guy who was involved in a lawsuit by reachout against them who the Judge ordered a restraining order against, I don't believe he should even be messaging on this platform after seeing a message from Rick. He's probably in violation and could catch some more charges especially for contacting his shareholders and offering to influence them.
