Thank you for your input.

I have reread the article and believe there are several valid takeaways that can be taken.
I concluded as was clearly stated that there was (is) “suppression” of successful trials involving DCVAX-L when combined with checkpoint inhibitors. This is has bothered me for years.

“8. Final Judgment: The Disappearance Is the Data
This trial was real, four years long, DCVax-L based, $MRK partnered, MSS-targeted, academically controlled, GMP-produced.
And then it vanished.
No publication.
No acknowledgment.
No closure.”

Another valid conclusion, probably your point (?), is when DCVAX-L (likely with Hiltonol) is combined with checkpoint inhihitors in this case Pembrolizumab, the successful completion of the trial was evidence of how the “next generation of immune engineering was already quietly being deployed”. This was a huge a huge breakthrough, but I thought this was already known?

I missed the “Why No One Will Talk About It”, is it suppression or are you thinking it was too soon to talk about because of the need for FlaskWorks, approval, and infrastructure, etc. are needed?
