jdes my friend, in my honest opinion here just hold if you are able too. A lot of us here are here for long term hold. DTREF might not take off until 3rd or 4th quarter or 2026. You must understand the process of what is currently going on at the Coliseum property and its Future, it just takes a little time which just started not so long ago. I actually don't like averaging up in a stock but this is an exception for me . I was at at .032 , but now in the upper .04s . I like where I'm at and am confident where this will be in the Future.
