Sure, fire management because Merck decides to limit BCG access so that long term dependency on competitor control is part of the equation. Sure glad you’re not calling the shots; ). Instead, maybe applaud management for not falling into that trap and actually finding alternatives and work arounds which creates and or maintains independence while at the same time working out agreements with other’s tech that enhances overall performance of the product. Now that is brilliant even if time consuming but at least they are doing something very constructive while they wait on approval of L. I personally like the “finish what you start” priority with L as it lays all the groundwork for rapid transition to Direct with regulatory preparation as well as infrastructure for CDMO and on site manufacturing model agreements.
