NWBO mgmt has to a lot of things they don't do like annual meetings etc. If you don't think that the approval is in trouble I think you are blinding yourself. There is no back log its been 500 days or so since application , what more do you need to know ?
Markets are closed today what a joke. ground hog day is more deserving of this honour.

If the MHRA denied the approval and referred the decision to the CHM, would the denial from the MHRA require the company to issue a FD PR?

My guess is they would and thus I do not believe the above scenario is plausible. But it wouldn't hurt to ask.
