That is a wise business plan. A plant will take 2 years to build. This is not like Parker Schafell moving his dirt washing rug to another site and running in 2 weeks.
Other than DOD funding, this thing has tons of time before we see anything. No wonder the options holders are dumping and diluting this.
I'm getting a sour feeling about this long term,
Give me the funding news and I'm good. I don't think this is a good battle to stay long on.
