Yes, thank you Dancing. I know it is a concern when we think of all the things that could go wrong when having artificial intelligence controlling things in the future, but this is a great example of how "intelligence" (I will leave out artificial) presenting facts can cut through all the nonsense and lead to a more accurate and just determination. I wish the judge could be forced to read this.
Marjac's appeal was rejected because of Standing. Amarin would have standing if they resubmitted the petition. Fraud on the court has no statute of limitations.

If getting this before the eyes of AMRN legal team has 1% chance of making it to the court, I believe the best route would be via one of Amarin employees. If anybody knows an Amarin employee. Stuffs coming from external email hardly gets any attention.
