Nearly the exact same post whining about my due diligence supported by the filings on May 28 when this was nearly at the June 2nd high of $0.0021 before it rolled over. They aren't taking this 6.7 billion shares structure to the NASDAQ for show and tell. 😆 They also aren't going to convert the nearly three million$$ represented by the reg A and what was previously in the reg A as the "subject convertible notes" with that share structure and this cash burning business model. That is what passes as common sense. 😅
