Logan is out to kill the .0003 bid. 
MMs need volume to make money for themselves and for Logan.  When no .0004s are bought and not enough.0003s are bought, they need to make up the volume by dumping .0003s, and they just dumped about 100 million. This will soon put us back to .0002 x .0003 again.
