Agree.
MMs are simply executing on what management wants the trade dynamics to be.
They are only the "messengers". I have no doubt that management wants it like this, and are somehow benefiting from this pitiful action and volume.
If you were the CEO of an enterprise, you would not tolerate this every day, day after day, day in and day out, unless you were benefiting from it.
