I noticed in the last annual report that the Board reported no extra meetings, which tells me that as of the end of FY2024 Anavex had almost surely had not received a formal partnership or buyout offer they had to discuss.

LOL...I am talking about the actual conferences attendance. There have been for 10 years a spot where it says purpose or something like that and it always states partnership...this has been going on for awhile. He has also audibly stated we would partner for marketing. There is only one reason to change that tune. The same reason Missling's time changes about other items...because it didn't go the way he planned.
That is a theme for Anavex...
