Wallstreet and the stock market has been run (for 4 years) by criminals like Gary Gensler (was chairman of SEC) who (thank GOD) no longer control Wallstreet and the stock market. Another relic of the Biden administration that F_Ked up retail investors on many controversial stocks. So why should we be surprised that no one was arrested for clearly SEC Law violations. Not anymore, with Trump at the helm, anyone violating SEC laws will pay dearly with long prison sentences and great financial losses.
