2. Real Executives with combined experience of almost 75 years with Business degrees.
3. Secured funding and share buybacks using money from operations.
4. Eliminated toxic debt.
5. Audit completed and ready to give preliminary numbers from Q2 operations.
6. No Reverse Split and company believes that R/S in OTC is not good.
7. Uplist to NYSE or NASDAQ by organically or M&A or other ways, but sure and within few weeks.
8. Should trade between $1 - $4 after share retirement and series of transactions occurrence.
