Getting the PIP squared away is kind of important but since the first one was approved the changes should be allowed after any approval UNLESS MHRA wants the trial started immediately after due to all the delays getting it started and because the Czech trial results were so strong. Do clinicians want the Roswell Park tech and Poly ICLC added in too as part of additional activation or support for L? The more clinicians know about what NWBO has found out the more they would likely want the maximum expected benefit for their patients. Best wishes.
