CHM does provide expert opinions to MHRA. The request for opinion doesn't necessarily mean a negative issue. It could be a request for an opinion on an area that the rapporteurs don't feel that they are sufficiently qualified.

We don't know if the CHM is involved and if so about what.

Live with the uncertainty. It's OK.

There are plenty of reasons for the application to take longer than average to process. Most of them are benign.
