As I recall, Japan is a non-exclusive territory.. Like your thinking though. By experience, I don't trust these folks to share my fate as an outside holder. Not at all. And because they are smart and cunning and secretive, it would not surprise, if this ends up being about something unexpected. A two line 8K is not much to go on.
