Hikma and Reddy provided false data to the court Amarin did not pursue on appeal Marjac was denied standing The CAFC screwed us twice with the BS Dyk and Reyna (random selection my ass) Poor Mgt decisions and lack of transparency Slick AD and continued lack of transparency Lawsuits dragging out At some point BB just unfortunately gave up.
