Indeed. The audited reports are the best source to use, to see how DBMM is ACTUALLY DOING as a business. They PLAINLY show that DBMM is failing miserably. The rosy M D&A should be thrown out, along with the "investor updates". They are nothing but a rehash of what DBMM has promised, but has NEVER DELIVERED - EVER.

2. Every shareholder is encouraged to read the entire text of the 10-K which has been revised extensively because of evolution in digital landscape. “Pay-per-Click and Search Engine Optimization service business has been fully commoditized and is no longer part of DC’s offering….now a full management consultancy provides much higher revenues for longer contracted periods, but entail a longer cash conversion cycle. Likewise, the AI projects….highly remunerative.”



As I stated - the text in these reports does NOTHING but promise things - things that have been promised YEAR after YEAR and have NEVER come true. The TRUE story of DBMM is told in the NUMBERS. But of course, you don't want anyone focusing on THOSE do you!

3. Follow 10-K text with Update to describe the Company’s strategy to deliver highest revenues the Company has ever achieved in 2025



Let's face facts here Poo. DBMM's fiscal 2025 is now 3/4's OVER. They have not signed on a SINGLE new client. Not only that, but they have LOST their ONLY U.S. client. The 2nd Q PLAINLY shows NO income from the U.S. You continue spreading this company LIE. When you do, you yourself become a LIAR.

4. Company operations reorganized from foundation, to changing business model designed around optimum A1, executing representation growth in US , while DC reconfigures . “The pivot to AI and the new world was taking place at the same time as the client mix was changing.”



Digital Clarity has SUPPOSEDLY been offering "AI" in its product for over a YEAR now (As perDBMM's "Investor update" https://dbmmgroup.com/shareholder-update-february-29-2024/ )! So far, they LOST the only U.S. client at some point in Q1 and they have not signed on a SINGLE client. So much for the "AI" approach, eh?

5. Uplist when pps reaches $0.01 for 30 days and has assurance of maintaining following OTCM instructions.



Poo! How is DBMM EVER going to get to the share price needed for THAT? They are not making any money, are deeper in debt than ever, anyone still believing that some sort of "naked short" squeeze will drive it up there has got to have rocks for brains. It's been TWO YEARS since this started trading normally (after the CE dropped). In that time, we have seen ZERO EVIDENCE that ANY type of naked short position even exists! No volume, no price spikes - NO NOTHING!! So, NO ONE should expect any type of squeeze from one now!

6. The pivot to the new business model is being executed and certain products will be proprietary. Totally new .



How RIDICULOUS! This "PIVOT" to AI has already been in place for quite some time (https://dbmmgroup.com/shareholder-update-february-29-2024/). Digital Clarity apparently has already LOST the U.S. client while using this "AI engine" in its product offering. And really Poo, don't you think that the more well-established Digital Marketing companies are ALSO using "AI" in THEIR product offerings?? I think that's a pretty safe bet!

7. EBITDA numbers the better indicators as Net Loss is heavily weighted by derivative liabilities and volatility in pps. It is not a liability. Point in time data can change in a quarter .



Who are you kidding? DBMM uses the satisfaction of "derivative liabilities" as a trick to show gains, when they really are losses! Not only THAT, but they incur this debt and THEN use dilutive share increases to off load it! They shovel it RIGHT ONTO THE SHOULDERS OF SHAREHOLDERS. They added A HUNDRED MILLION SHARES to the Outstanding Share Base last quarter!

8. “The revenues for 2025 are expected to be the highest in DBMM’s public company history. “



As stated in # 3, DBMM is lying in the face of their shareholders when they state that! The 2Q25 financial shows the WORST six-month revenue figure since DBMM acquired Digital Clarity in 2011! DBMM has signed on ZERO clients since the beginning of fiscal 2025. Here's a news flash for you - no new clients = no new revenue. HOW IN THE WORLD is DBMM going to have "the highest revenue" in DBMM's "public history"????

Plainly it's almost an impossibility and almost a certainty that they WILL NOT!


9. Derecognition of Liabilities continues as the Company removes aged debt from the balance sheet. DBMM dissolved a dormant UK company and collaborated positively with regulators to remove the debt.



Clearly, the dissolution of the old RGTVE shell is a non-event and means practically NOTHING. Figures YOU would try to make something of NOTHING.

10. Tax Carry Forward of $8.1 million is attractive when acquisitions in negotiation or in significant organic growth.



Leave to you Poo, to try to take a loss carryover and try to spin it as something desirable! LOL! You really are a ninny.

11. “DBMM is step-by-step achieving substantial growth in US and global clients and revenues which exceed any past levels and grow annually thereafter.”

12.”DBMM is externally and internally positioned for success in 2025.”



CLEARLY, these are bald faced lies by the company. DBMM is NOT "achieving substantial growth in the US OR globally" . They have in FACT LOST the ONLY US client they had! and lost a prominent UK client last year. DBMM is GOING BACKWARDS!

DBMM's REVENUES ARE DECREASING, not increasing! The financials PLAINLY SHOW THIS. DBMM is LYING when they say anything else.

The first week of the 4th Q is almost over and no new clients reported. In fact, no new clients reported for ALL of fiscal 2025 to date....and not only that? The revenue disappeared from DBMM's only US client. Looks like no new US revenue since the first Q!

Poo - you need to delete that line from your sorry list. I know it's in quotes and I know you intimate that you are only repeating it from the company! But when you do that, you are lying just as much as the company does!

DBMM is not getting anywhere NEAR revenue that exceeds any in its "public company history"! They'll be lucky to break $125K revenue for the whole year!
