That’s why many will see this as a “GAME CHANGER!”
My personal belief is BARRICK GOLD told California to SHOVE IT as California is “well known stonewalling “ any type of mining etc.
What’s cool is this is FEDERAL LAND, and the company is FREE TO MINE following all standard operating procedures on Federal land.
Reason I bring up California and federal land is the last administration BIDEN was worse than California, they did MUCHO RESTRICTIONS on everything etc.
Again, our new administration is CUTTING ALL THE REGULATIONS, APPROVING things left and right for mining REE , GOLD etc in. Name of national security.
They even say to try and find let alone get permitting for mining gold, REE would take years if even approved after EIR ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORTS ETC.
Now it’s gone from years to streamline 28 days!

Game changer in my opinion is all the restrictions gone and permitting of FULL SPEED Ahead to get OUR USA SUPPLY of REE instead of from the commies in China!
