The key word there is "targeting."

TARGETING.

As in "We really hope we have 3-5 customers in stage 3 by the end of 2025, but we can't make any promises."

Sort of like they were "targeting" multiple tier 1 deals to close by December 31 2023. Remind me how that "targeting" worked out?
